PeakHer is the first Hormonal Intelligence platform. Not a period tracker. Not a wellness app. A decision engine powered by AI that reads a woman's biology, calendar, biometrics, and daily check-ins, then tells her exactly what to eat, how to move, what to schedule, and why.
At its core is Dot, an AI companion who delivers a personalized daily brief every morning at 7am. Dot is direct, informed, cheeky, and slightly unhinged. She adjusts her recommendations based on which of four hormonal phases the user is in: Restore, Rise, Peak, or Sustain.
PeakHer integrates with Google Calendar, Oura Ring, Whoop, and Garmin to make recommendations specific to the user's schedule, sleep quality, recovery scores, and heart rate variability. The platform also includes phase-aware fasting intelligence, task sorting, and a readiness score.
The core insight: Female physiology operates on a 28-day cycle that predictably affects cognition, energy, metabolism, and emotional regulation. 85% of health research was conducted on male subjects. Every productivity system, workout plan, and nutrition guide in the market was designed for a body on a 24-hour hormonal cycle. PeakHer is the first tool that accounts for the other 27 days.
Amanda is the vision behind PeakHer and the reason the Hormonal Intelligence category exists. She created the brand strategy, defined the product positioning, wrote the AI companion's personality guidelines, and serves as the primary test user. Every feature is designed to pass one test: would Amanda screenshot it and send it to her group chat?
Amanda also founded The Farm School, a nature-based education alternative, and runs brand and marketing for Performance Coach University. She and Jairek were the first family featured on the cover of SUCCESS Magazine in its 120+ year history (May/June 2023). She builds businesses around life, not the other way around.
Jairek is the technical architect behind PeakHer's AI system. A 20+ year executive performance coach with clients across 137+ countries, he received the Congressional Award Gold Medal at age 23 and has trained teams at Harvard, the U.S. Marines, Air Force Special Forces, BMW, UBS, and for U.S. Olympic team members.
He previously built Executive Office AI, a platform of 265+ specialized AI agents that replaced $500/hour consulting with $500/month AI workforces for small businesses. When Amanda described the Hormonal Intelligence platform she wanted, Jairek engineered the AI briefing system, calendar intelligence, fasting engine, wearable integrations, and the entire technical infrastructure.
The market gap: every wellness app, workout plan, and productivity tool was designed for a 24-hour hormonal cycle. Women run on 28 days. PeakHer is the first tool that accounts for all four phases.
How understanding hormonal phases gives professional women a measurable career advantage. Calendar Intelligence reads your schedule AND your biology.
Dot, the slightly unhinged AI companion who reads your biology every morning and writes your game plan. Women are screenshotting their briefs and sending them to group chats.
The science of why women crave chocolate (magnesium request), carbs (glucose demand), and salt (aldosterone shift) at specific times in their cycle. PeakHer decodes every one.
Amanda created the category. Jairek engineered the system. First family on SUCCESS Magazine cover. Now building the tool they wish existed for the women in their life.
Not cycle syncing. Not period tracking. Hormonal Intelligence is a new category that treats female physiology as performance data, not a problem to manage.
